a quick overview of
our Seafront Olive Groove
Resting on a balanced downslope, below the eastern hill-border of the city of Mytilene on one side, facing west, towards the calm waters of the wind protected Gera gulf – our welcoming spot in Pyrgi area.
Amphitheatrically placed, among olive trees, fruit trees, pines, herbs and flowers, with exclusive access to the beach, our five stone-built villas, are decorated with respect to the island’s traditions and architecture, promising a comfortable and pleasant stay, with everyday view of enchanting sunsets.
You can enjoy the privacy of your house and the surrounding area and freely explore the entire property with exclusive access to the sea as well as outdoor seating and amenities. All the houses are private, with unlimited space for parking a car. All facilities – except for the beach – are accessible without stairs.
Check-in after 14:00 / Check-out before 11:00 a.m.
“elaionas” pronounced as: heleόnas, derives from the greek for olive (ελιά / helea).
It means: “the place with the olive trees”

Gera Gulf & Mytilene
The Gera Gulf, the minor of the two big gulfs of Lesvos Island can keep you environmentally entertained for weeks. Mytilene City, the cultural epicenter of the north aegean region has a globaly unique multicultural blend on top of an astonishingly old and deep cultural tradition.
Mytilene, the vibrant capital of Lesvos Island, lies just 7 km from our spot at Elaionas Nikou in Pyrgi. It’s known for its great architectural monuments, its lively markets and its vibrant multiethnic artistic communities. Don’t miss the enormus Byzantine castle, the archeological museum and the Teriade Museum. Enjoy the picturesque waterfront, bustling with cafes and tavernas offering delicious local cuisine.
A private therma SPA Center is just 10 minutes drive away, perfect for even daily visits. Agiasos, the famous traditional village, is just 30 minuted away, at the other side of the gulf of Gera, holding a plethora of spectacles on its own. Mount Olympus dominates the scenary over a trail-full NATURA landscape ending at the wetlands of Ntipi – a wonderful ride along the gulf, and beyond.

Flight Connections 
Charamida and Agios Ermogenis are two organized beaches on the nothern tip of the cape connecting the airport with Pyrgi through a wonderful ride.
Through a protected natural forest area you can visit the small fishing port of Kountouroudia offering trips to Perama, at the other side of the gulf gera. Skala Loutron will also worth your visit.
It is a paradise for shorebirds, year-round. Also a very popular site for birders thanks to a drivable track that runs its perimeter, enabling the best of views and from a close distance.
